Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Loopring platform or services provided by Andes Wave LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) and the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Chicago, Illinois, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

Governing Law: These terms and all related legal notices are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and, where applicable, federal laws of the United States of America. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Jurisdiction: The courts located in Cook County, Illinois, have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration, including but not limited to injunctive relief and enforcement of arbitration awards.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. No arbitration or proceeding may be consolidated with another or be conducted on a class-wide or collective basis.
